Start up private companies seeking assistance with revenue growth and strategic acquisitions. Existing private and public companies looking to surface value and attain growth through access to capital markets.
INDUSTRY/SECTOR
We’re industry and sector agnostic but are actively seeking to invest into disruptive and cutting edge businesses.
COMPANY SIZE
No company or idea is too small but we prefer to work with private companies that have at least $1MM in revenue or more.
GEOGRAPHY
While most of our investments are made in companies located and operating in Canada and United States, we will consider making investments in companies located and operating in jurisdictions with established legal systems and rule of law.
