Oggy is a Partner and General Counsel at Tryton Capital Partners LP.   Prior to joining Tryton, Mr. Talic spent two years as an Executive VP and General Counsel at Maverix Metals Inc. (TSX: MMX) operating in the mining royalty and streaming space. He brings experience in the securities and capital markets having worked at Borden Ladner Gervais LLP with a focus on mining, natural resources and technology. Prior to that, Mr. Talic spent five years in the corporate commercial group at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP where he gained significant experience in public and private company mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financings, as well as general commercial contracts. Oggy was called to the British Columbia bar in May of 2009, holds a JD from the University of Calgary and a B.A. from Canisius College.
